Our aim is to fulfil your requirements, and exceed your expectations. In order to be able to do this, we need to work together. Our client care team will need a full running order of your event, and if there are particular shots or combinations of people you would like photographed together, we also need a specific shot-list. Please send this in to us a week before your event, which will give us the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with your requirements, and get back in contact if we can foresee any issues in advance. We will also need a dedicated member of staff from your organisation to ensure that the individuals you require in group shots are in the agreed location at the agreed time.
HEAD-SHOTS AT EVENTS
Please note, we will not take head-shots when commissioned for event photography. Head-shots are a specific area of photography, and our team are fully able to come to your location and produce a set of headshot of you and your team. We will set up particular lighting and bring specialist equipment, spend around 15 – 25 minutes with each person, produce a range of images with various expressions, and then send the proofs to our client so they can decide which ones to retouch. If we are asked to take head-shots at an event, with no preparation and without the correct equipment, the results will not be the quality we continuously strive for. Please do not request for our photographers to take head-shots at your event.
TIMINGS OF BOOKING
If our photographer is required to stay at the event or venue for longer than the initial booking, for whatever reason, our Accounts Department will adjust the invoice accordingly, ensuring that the increase in price is proportional to the price of the original booking. We value the relationship we have with our clients, and of course will make allowances for a few minutes here and there, but we must safeguard against clients commissioning our services for a shorter time than they actually require.
DELIVERY OF IMAGES
For corporate and charity events, we will deliver a set of individually edited images within 48 hours. It is possible for us to send a selection of 25 edited images within 12 hours of the event for the purposes of press and general follow-up, if you would like this option, please let us know which key images are required. It is also possible to receive the entire selection of edited images within 12 hours of your event, this will incur an additional fee as we would bring in an additional editor to work through the night on your images.
Please note that payment is due within 7 days of receiving our invoice. We always try our upmost to deliver images to clients as swiftly as possible, and would appreciate if the same level of efficiency was applied to settling our invoices.
In the event of you wishing to cancel your booking, 50% of the overall fee is still payable if cancelling with over one week notice. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full photography fee remains payable.
Blake Ezra Photography Ltd. retains the exclusive copyright to every image that we, as a company, produce. In commissioning our services to photograph your event, you are granted a License to use these images for the benefit of your own organisation, for your internal communications and online marketing materials. Within the Jewish community, we also understand (and permit) that these images will be sent to the Jewish press in order to gain publicity for the event. However, the commissioning organisation may not pass our images onto other third party organisations for professional use.
